Lovely little hotel, short walk down the hill to the beach. Cute restaurant downstairs where we ate twice. Food very good and reasonably priced.
We had the attic room which had a fabulous huge balcony looking out to sea.
The price is right for the quality and everything is exactly as it looks.
This is a typical-typical seaside budget hotel for beach lovers to stay in the summer season. At other times there is nothing going on, so it is very quiet.

The Joy Beach House is really a great place to stay. The room(Sand) was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and I can't think of one single reason to give this location anything but a ten out of ten rating. We are going back again but this time I went straight to the Joy Beach website to book our room because you can select the exact room you want to stay in plus they have much better photos than Booking.com. They have five rooms all with a different theme and layout.
Room is pretty spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide variety and great quality. Location of the place is city center and close by the beach and has a lot of green spaces around it.
We liked the location, as it was very close to the beach. The fact that we had bars/restaurants close by was a plus!
The room and the property were very clean.
