It was very clean. There are all needed things for the kitchen and bathroom. The location is awesome. Supermarket and the beach are very close. Even though the beach is not the best in Madeira. The room was pretty big and beautiful. The internet is great.

Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and the living room has a nice chaise-longue and a large flat TV with cable channels.

Spacious apartment of very high standard. Shower/toilet and A/C in every of three bathrooms makes the apartment comfortable for either big family, og up to three couples travelling together. Location is perfect, close to both ocean/beaches, shopping center, supermarket, and cafe/restaurants. Very clean. Parking place is provided, alternatively bus stop is just around the corner.
Maria is a great host. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. She gave us fresh towels every day for showering and for the beach. There are many busses just around the corner to get to the city center in just 15 minutes.
Thuis was the best place that we ever stayed at. I don’t mean in the sense of luxury, but the feeling of home. The apartment was very clean and it had everything you could ask for. It was close to everything: the beach, really good restaurants, shopping places. It had a really big closed parking space. And had the best views. And the best of all was the host. Nelson went beyond any expectations in terms of friendliness and carrying for our every need.
I met the host at the apartment and felt very welcomed. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, and has everything you need. The location is absolutely brilliant as it is close to the natural pools, beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to take a bus to Funchal or book walking/minibus/boat tours. I had booked an airport pick up and drop off, everything went very smoothly from the start to finish.
Very good hotel with good views of the sea from our room. Very clean, reasonably convenient for transport (busses). The breakfast was especially good. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
Great walk along the sea front through the tunnel, past the beach to the fishing village at Câmara de Lobos- about 6 km.
Lovely breakfast, very clean rooms and communal spaces. Excellent location for the beach, buses, supermarkets and shopping centre. We used the indoor pool a lot and it was warm, clean changing rooms. We found having an apartment suited us really well as we had all the benefits of the hotel but we could also have some meals in the apartment. And we could put the kids to bed, and relax in the lounge.
Funchal is a lovely city. And the location of the hostel was perfect. Food/restaurants on the doorstep. The beach and seafront just around the corner. All of the locals we encountered were friendly and polite.
The hostel itself was really good. Very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The shared kitchen was nice and had a decent stock of kitchenware. The staff we met were very helpful and accommodating. They were always on hand if we had any questions or needed anything.
Can't complain and would recommend.
Home like feeling, very clean, located near the town centre. Very communicative and helpful staff. In the house there is everything you need, toiletries, coffee, tea, washing machine, beach towels.
