Room was pleasant and fresh. Very clean and comfortable. Water machine in the hallway. Staff were friendly and helpfully even before we arrived communication was great.
The host was very responsive. The place was very clean and everything you might need was readily available. The location is near the Boulevard so transportation is not a problem. Overall id give this place a 5-star rating and will highly recommend to friends and families who are planning to go to Dumaguete.

As we were leaving early the next day they made us sandwiches as we would miss breakfast.

It is in a good location not far from waterfront and bars and clubs all Walkable.

All Trykes (tuk tuks) know where it is usually 50-10 pesos to get home .
Decent beaches are 30 mins away and waterfalls the same.
Very modern and clean rooms with a balcony. The beach is very clean and the garden is also nicely maintained. very friendly and helpful staff also the breakfasts were really good.
