Good location with sea view from 1st floor room. Shops and restaurants close by. Free beach barbecue across the road. Nice pool , a bit chilly! And hot tub too. Good facilities very clean
Good sized room for three with some space for bags, beds comfortable, kitchen facilities good with fridge, stove top, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle etc, 2x chairs and table. Communal bathroom and laundry good and clean. Camp ground vibe, with tents and campers etc, as well as cabins. Hot pools and swimming pool available but did not use due to inclement weather and loud Americans.
We originally booked a small cabin alongside our daughter and family who were travelling in a campervan. We appreciated the picnic table placed between the two sites. Because it was pouring with rain the small cabin was a bit small for the second night. The management were very helpful in finding a motel booking which was large enough for all of us. It had great facilities and made our stay much more pleasurable in spite of the weather. The family really enjoyed their time in the thermal pool. Thanks a million Top 10 Rotorua.
The location was good hidden away just as you come in from highway. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Great layout. Pool and spa pool was the best being so lovely and warm. Very tidy rooms. Shower facilities were great and very clean. Was fantastic we could lock our bikes away as well. A great place to stay and we will be back every year for our trips now!
We had a 2 bed unit and it was very spacious, 2 singles one double and bunks in the living area. Very clean and bright. The hot pools were a nice addition. We didn't use the hot ovens but seemed a great idea. Didn't get to the beach because it was flooded.
We had a great stay here. Our cabin was modern, clean and comfortable. The campsite surroundings were lovely, well maintained and with additional features like hot pools, short walk to hot beach and a thermal steam oven. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenience store and bottle shop close by, only a 5min walk. The lake and beach with thermal activity was awesome. The natural thermal spas were great too. The naturally thermal powered hangi was a great experience too, we cooked seafood and vegetables!
