Great location, a short walk to the beach, and 30-45 minutes walk to another beach and a park. An easy walk to town if you like walking, or a $25 taxi ride home if you are eating out. There are many eating places close by, and many more in town. Everything you could want is within a 15 minute drive.
Very clean, and comfortable.
Room was spacious for 2 people and well maintained. Very clean room and towels. Instructions inside the room and for check-in were clear and helpful. Parking was convenient and right outside the room. The host very sweetly left the heater on so that the room was cosy when we checked-in late at night. They also left a small bottle of milk which came in handy. Beach towels were a plus.
The room was spacious and very clean, with all you needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, and the view from the window onto the back beach was lovely!
Excellent location for the beautiful beach and large grass area . Comfy bed and clean room. Very friendly staff and helpful . Barbecue area for all to use . Near bus route . Enough places to eat nearby . Microwave was a nice touch with plates/bowls/cups and cutlery provided plus tea,coffee and a fridge

Staff were helpful and kind. It's a little way out of nelson city but has a beautiful walk to the local beach and an amazing and huge op shop 2 doors down. It's a great place to stay.
Our host was so accommodating and tried to get us the most suitable room - upgrading us for free from what we booked. We had kitchen facilities and bathroom and everything very clean. We picked up take away from nearby tavern for dinner, and had a walk along the beach in the morning before our flight (5 min taxi to airport). Highly recommend this little motel. A little dated but spotless and everything we needed. Fantastic for the price!
Very clean,tidy great location to airport , services and beach. Friendly interaction with staff both by phone and in person. Lovely sunny location parking available. Short stay but not my first visit. Enjoyable experience

Wonderfully comfortable bed. All the utilities for comfort. Air-conditioned and well-lit if needed. Very clean and lovely shower and spa. Nice view with little balcony looking out towards the beach. Off street parking is very good. Good Wi-Fi. We would stay here again without hesitation.
Lovely Friendly and helpful owners. Very clean and serviced daily. Good selection of teas coffee etc and fresh milk on arrival.
Nice beach walk to Nelson which took us about an hour. Also serviced well by number 2 bus.
Near to the airport and number 4 bus takes you straight there.
