The location was only 15 minutes to the Viking Village and in a beautiful area. We had a cabin set towards the back of the property and away from the road. There was a deck and a living room so more space to spread out and enjoy. The bunkbeds were new and quite comfortable. The campground had a mini market where we we purchased food to round out our meals. Overall, we liked the place.
All the appartment compex is made with respect to environment using natural materials, like wood. Great appartment, new, spacious, very clean. There is everything you can wish in the kitchen, also clothes washing mashine in the bathroom. Balcony. Fireplace was great as days were chilly. Candles. Responsive receptionist. Highly recommend!
We got a little hut to ourselves in this winter wonderland with fantastic views. There seemed to be no one else at the entire camping site, so it was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, and the host had even put in an extra heater before our arrival so it was warm and cozy when we arrived.
Easy arrival, though we were very late because of the floods in Norway. The camping reception is situated in the local food store, which came in handy to complete our dinner.
Well designed wooden cottage, nicely equipped
The staff were super friendly! The cabin was clean and nice. We loved hiking at Kongevegen nearby, and the kids loved the beach. The shop on the camping had all that we needed for our stay.
Magnificent, spacious, clean apartments, fully equipped with excellent household appliances. New, great crockery. Great view from the window and from the terrace. There is a barbecue area in the yard. Free parking.
