We reserved a studio room and got upgraded for a bigger apartment for the same price :) the apartment was very clean and had everything you need to stay comfortable. The location was great and the staff was very polite and nice 😊
Breakfast, fika (afternoon cake), and dinner were included, offering a wide variety of choices for both breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent overall. Coffee, tea, and water were available all day in the dining room. The infrastructure was good and very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city, easily reachable by bus from the airport with just a 10-minute ride.
Excellent place for visiting Tromso and seeing the Northern Lights! It's next to the city beach so if you are lucky you can even see them from outside the house!
But generally a very clean place, a friendly host, always ready to help us. Great stay, recommend 100%, we will try to go back next winter :)
Great apartment! Very clean and comfortable, with a spacious kitchen and living area and good facilities. In a wonderful quiet location but quick and easy to reach the city centre by bus. Also several nice places to walk locally that are easy to reach on foot (woods, beach), and close to a supermarket.

The location was wonderful, 10 min by bus from the center, well conected and in beautiful neighborhood close to beach area, the best views!
Camping is situated in a quiet, peaceful area, however you can easily get to the city centre on foot. It was a perfect spot to observe northern lights.
Shared bathroom was very clean and comfortable, also not crowded in the winter season.
There was a great breakfast with many options and tasty coffee.
