We had a paddle on the canoes, kids loved the trampoline and the beds were very comfy to sleep on.
On the second day we also drove to the pool and had a dip- very refreshing!
You are close to the sea and restaurants- lots to do with kids!

We can only reccomend Chalet for Families with kids /Pairs ,etc. We were with 2 small kids. It is an excellent location for relaxing and enjoying the sunset from the terrase. One can walk with a dog, hiking the dunes, biking. It is just 5 m from Chalet. It is quite there. For families with kids: we have visited navy musem (den helden) / Castle (Medemblik). There is a excellent cafe where you can eat or buy fish (Vis van Havenzicht) just about 10 min. drive from the location. We strongly reccomend it too. Just nearby there is a beach for children (Lutjestrand ) with playground and so on...
