Freshly baked bread every morning, it was so delicious. The little rooms we stayed at were very nice but too cold. It was clean and the bathrooms, although shared were very clean.

Marinaparcs Almere, hotel in Almere

Providing a terrace, Marinaparcs Almere provides accommodations in Almere. There's a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay.

We went there during Spring (mid April). And although it was freezing at night, the beds kept us very warm during the night. The camp is a bit hard to find, especially if you arrive late, but the host provided a lot of useful information so it was easy to find it with their instructions. The tent was at an idyllic camp place on the beach far away from the port entrance (5 min by foot), and there was a rowboat next to the tent that you could use to explore the waters. The camp place had a separate trailer with kitchen and a playground for children. The restaurant "Harbour House" nearby (5 min from port entrance) and the supermarket/cafe "Plus Duin" (also 5 min away from port entrance, follow the street signs for the fastest route) were great.

It was quirky with a very relaxing vibe. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful (important to an ageing solo traveller) My caravan and the toilet and shower facilities were very, very clean.

The place has a very cool concept and the two areas really give you the vibe of being in a camping site or in the beach. The personnel is very kind and showed us first the areas so we could choose. The showers and toilets were clean and accesible. The breakfast they offer may look simple but it was very good, croissants were fresh, juice was natural, boiled eggs were just on point.

Unique alternative to staying in a hotel. If like us, you enjoy camping this is a brilliant idea. Vans, caravans, huts were all immaculate. Beds very comfortable. Loved the lay out and all the little extras. Great system for coffee, beers, wine & snacks. Loads of showers that were again very clean and warm. Loved the whole experience.

The area around the campsite was nice, the toilets, showers, and our room were clean. I will also recommend it to my friends. The camping is big. It has little beach, you can swim, sunbathe. You can relax in hammock.
