The location is strategically located at many nearby attractions such as the Mall,Batu Burok beach and eateries. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
Very good value for money room and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. Basic facilities are enough for short stay. There is a restaurant downstairs. Location is superb in the heart of city centre. Near the beach.
1. The location is lovely and close to KTCC mall, beaches, and popular eateries.
2. Shower was great with a working water heater. The bathroom was very clean. Sufficient clean towels were provided.
3. Fridge was provided in the room, which is very useful.
4. Their cafe was alright. Like the foods.
5. Aircond, TV, and fan were working well.
6. Tissue, praying mat, hair dryer and iron set were also provided in the room :)

Very clean, location very near to KTCC Mall, Pasar Kedai Payang, Jambatan Angkat and Pantai Batu Buruk. You can clearly see beach behind KTCC Mall from one of the room.
All about the unit is very convenient for us a family with children.
No fancy furniture but very clean and complete for us to use.
Big house, clean, good neighbourhood and our children like to play in the house.
Recommended for those who looking to stay and spend time in Rusila, Marang beaches and still can have short drive to Kuala Terengganu.
