No one open the door for us we waited for 3 hours outside and neighbors and security try helping us the phone number is not an service no one reply back we waited until 9 pm we finally had to go camping I need costumer service I need my money back
The room was nice and well furnished. They have free private parking, though you have to open the gate yourself after 10pm.
Very clean. Reasonably comfortable location, with a petrol station and a taco place on either side.
Safe and friendly area in Tijuana, easily to be reached by public transport (colectivo “Las Playas”). 20 minutes walk to Tijuana beach. The place is a nicely decorated and colorful house. A little fresh at night (we stayed in April), but under the blankets perfectly fine.
Located right in the middle of the main strip. Easy to get to. Easy to find. Very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and happy. Good value for money. Up beat and interesting decor.
