Very clean hotel and helpfull englishspeaking owner. Nice breakfast served on the balcony. Close to restaurants in Sigiriya. Good help to order transport to Lions rock, Minniriya and Dambulla.

The special extras such as slippers, dressing gown and iron was a bonus. The facilities were lovely such as the gym, table tennis and pool table. Didn't have the time to try out the pool unfortunately. Would recommend this hotel.
This is a wonderful place. Big and nice rooms. Very clean and nice staff. Walking distance to island vibes (3 min walking) very nice swimming pool and great breakfast. This is a realy value for money place to stay. Brand new 👍😀
Outstanding brand- new hotel. Service was amazing, so friendly and always looking for your comfort. We got an upgrade from rooms in the main building to a room in little houses in the park area. Rooms were so nice, very clean and big with balcony to the park. Amazing big swimming pool with bar service. In the evening we had a barbecue dinner on the rooftop with nice buffet. Next morning an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast. Can absolutely recommend this hotel, was one of the best in my travel career.
