Solo traveller staying in the king room adjacent to the lounge area. Bed and bathroom were very clean, facilties (pool and TV lounge) were great. Location is private and near beach.

The location is near the beach in a somewhat touristy street, about 2 km from Matara. The room was originally decorated, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and luckily there was a squeegee to dry the floor.
The host was really super friendly; the welcome was very warm. He gave us good advice and we felt really welcome. The breakfast was very extensive; we couldn't finish it.
There were bicycles to use and it was really wonderful to cycle to the "temple on the island" in the morning in the relative cool.
It's very excellent modern attractive double story villa . Excellent 3 specious bedroom with bathrooms are very clean and very modern looking. Air-conditioning is make us more comfortable in there. Remote entry provide a good security for us .nice environment close to town, beaches shops and transport is biggest benefit we had. All my family enjoyed and relax as we want like our own house during my stay . It's gave us privet hotel facilities experience. We looking forward to go back in future again.

Great guesthouse. It is newly opened and everything is very clean and well set up. The owners were very helpful and gave great advice about the area. Snorkeling with turtles at the nearby beach was a highlight of our holiday. It is very close by to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this great place. because rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and gardens are very clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. The facilities are stunning. The owner is polite, friendly, and very caring. You can calm down and truly relax here.
