Smooth communication with the hosts. It was our friend's birthday and they were kind enough to help us book a birthday cake for her and they also were very good at keeping it a secret to not ruin the surprise.
They were also kind enought to drop off and pick us up at the nearest grocery store for our food items. This has the best customer service ever!
The location and place is very beautiful! It is exactly as what is advertised. We have a very nice view of Mt Fuji from our unit and up at the roof deck.
There was also a coffee truck in the facility which serves the BEST COFFEE 🤍

The cleanliness of the facilities were spotless. The bedroom was cozy and warm, and there was a kitchen where we could cook our own dinner, quite practical as the choices of restaurants nearby are limited and they might be all booked. The weather was wonderful so it made the stay that much more enjoyable. Stefan is very welcoming and helpful.

We loved being able to bring our dog here and enjoy a couple of quiet nights near all of the activities in Lake Kawaguchiko area. Even when the campsite was full, it was kept clean, quiet, and a great place to stay!

Amazing location, helpful and kind staff, well equipped kitchen, everything was very clean, bicycle rental, kotatsu table, a rack with stationery, toiletries and other trinkets for purchase, loved the frog decor
It was absolutely beautiful. Very cozy, spacious and we were fortunate to be able to see Mt Fuji right from our window. Our host was super friendly and the guesthouse was very clean.

This place was amazing just perfect! We are a family of 4 and our kids loved the space and all the amenities… The owner drove all the way from Tokyo as he forgot to give us extra beds sheets however this was not needed because all the bedding and futons were already very very clean. The house has everything you need the views were breathtaking.. short drive to the lake and grocery store.. they also have a heap of restaurants around.
Best Hostel in Japan so far. Very comfy bed , big room, so there is enough space for backpacks and suitcase, everything is very clean , good WiFi , very close to the Bus Station , super lovely owner with very good english skills!! Bathroom alwas always super clean and the small kitchen is perfect.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to answer any questions we had. The room we booked was very clean and spacious. It was great that we had our own personal bathroom/open-air bath/kitchen. The place is a little bit out of the way from the local city but VISION GLAMPING offers a shuttle bus service to get to/from the station which is great. The room itself was very cozy and comfortable to stay in.

There’s a game room too. and free bikes for hire. located with easy access to all major sites in Mount Fuji area and with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. but tucked away at the back so it’s nice and quiet. highly recommended
