Location is very convenient, it takes only a 10 minutes bus ride or a 20 minutes walk to get to Sendai station. It is also next to the major shopping area Ichibancho. Convenience store is just less than a minutes’ walk away.
The staff is helpful. The rooms facing the front of the hotel enjoy a decent street view. Amenities can be obtained in the lobby.
Very clean. Value for money for the adjoining rooms! Comfortable bed! Near to eateries and train station . Friendly staff. Allow us to leave luggage on checkout as long as we return within same day!
It was a cosy space near the main Sendai station, and kotodai Park station. If you ever get hungry at night there are also convenience stores nearby and a McDonald's just down the street. The room and bath was spacious and we enjoyed our stay with KOKO HOTEL !
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Access to the lounge area with complimentary snacks was a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic and I was very impressed with the presentation. We really appreciated the staff informing us ahead of which dishes had meat. The manager also checked while we were having breakfast that we were okay and spoke English fluently. Would recommend this hotel as the standard was pretty good.
Public bath was available, and was very good. Close to Sendai station (5-7 min walk). High speed wifi was available. Convenience store on the ground floor.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Common area is very clean and spacious, love the vibe with the mostly wooden interior. Good amenities - shower, washer, cooking area w/ utensils, fridge to store your groceries, snacks and beverages (for a fee), etc. Definitely worth the price, overall would highly recommend!

It was very clean and the view from the panoramic window was fantastic. Especially at night.
There was fresh bottled water every day.
The location was also great, it was a 10-15 minute walk to Sendai station and a 5 minute walk to the shopping street.
It was just a bit small with 2 large suitcases.But otherwise everything was very good.
There were many restaurants within easy reach.
We can highly recommend it.
Lovely room, nice new very clean facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to the station. Multiple convenience stores nearby. Snacks and drinks at the lobby at different times through the day. Happy to store your luggage after checkout. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.
