Location was great, staff was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up being in traffic and arrived later than planned but the staff was still so nice and accomodating. Very unique experience sleeping in the open land yet with strong architecture that could withstand rain and winds and a private toilet to boot ! Host was welcoming and put in effort to bring supplies for bbq and to greet us. Was very responsive to all texts as well with great recommendations for food etc.

The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The BBQ tools, charcoal & firewood was included and really easy to use. We had great experience staying in the camp site while exploring the Kawaguchi Ko area. Will come back if we are travelling to 5 Lakes again.

The staff were excellent. All staff members were very accommodating with our limited Japanese and spoke good English! The view of Fuji was excellent from the entire campsite. The hot spring facilities were lovely, cleans and each had a great view! The domes were clean and well furnished.
