Friendly, helpful staff on arrival. A cosy, relaxed & warm common area & bar where you could enjoy a craft beer or meal (and breakfast in the morning). Small onsen on site, perfect for winding down after a wet & windswept day exploring. Close to Happo Bus stop/transfer back to Nagano & a Lawsons convenience store
very good location with a snow shuttle stop very close. cafes, shops and town all within walking distance. Extra room supplies available in the laundry room. Rooms a little small but still quite serviceable. Heating and kitchen supplies were good. Room and bathroom very clean and nice. Host would take any guests to the supermarket once per day if needed. Very pretty location with the snow on the trees outside. Loved it and I would stay here again.

Firstly the location couldn't be better - it's conveniently close to both the ski slopes and convenience store 711 .
Secondly, the house itself is spacious and well-equipped in a peaceful neighborhood , with thoughtful touches like soft bed and coffee machine.
Lastly, the owner was helpful, providing plenty of valuable information about the local area. Highly recommend!
Absolutely beautiful accommodation, facilities were all very new and the place was very clean. The staff were lovely, and there was ample secure facilities to lock up snow gear. The location was great, it was approximately a 10 minute walk to the happo-one ski lift and was next door to the main bus facility that had all the buses to the other mountains
Hosts were amazing, very warm and friendly! They were also helpful and informative about ski passes and rentals. They even kindly dropped us off at the train station when we left. Great location within walking distance to convenience store, shuttle bus and the plaza. Place is very clean, and our stay felt like a nice homestay with a lovely host family.
The location is excellent. It is next to one of the main bus terminals for the mountains, and just off the main street of Echoland. Very easy access to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the convenience store.
The rooms are well equipped and a decent size. Everything was very clean, and the dry room was effective.
