The villa itself is wonderful, the pool is great, the playground is great, and the is villa super close to the beach. The hotel offers free vouchers for the umbrella and chairs at the beach, which is a very nice touch. The breakfast is very nice, large selection of sweet and savoury. And the best part of our stay was interaction with the personnel, in one day you feel like you're part of the big family. Thank you!

If you're looking for peace and quiet, but when you're bored you'd like to find a pub for a drink in 5 min this is the perfect place! We plan to come back here!
Great place, big camping with all that can be needed. All very clean and neat. I enjoyed the pool activities very much, but there was a lot more. Kids loved animations and contest :) staff very kind and helpful, I recommend this place for families :)
Everything was just perfect: the pool area is fantastic and the location is close to the beach! Extra bonus are free bikes as well as nice playground. There is just 10 min ride to a really good supermarket CONAD. The staff were extremely helpful, thanks to everyone! And lastly, the breakfast was tasty with fresh local products.
Apartment was very clean and cozy, the host was great and it is very close to the beach (few mins by car).

Camping is not very big all in all nice. "Normal" camping houses are oldery, do not recommend to rent, beach was ok (free access beach), water clean, restaurant ok (pizza very good ) / bar was good. Animation program for kids kind a short (20-25 min), swimming pool for kids heated. Overall 7 out of 10
The locction is great with plenty places to eat and visit. Recomend bike hire to get to the beaches and neaerby towns.. The appartment was a good size and well maintained. The pool area was great for the family and always very clean. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast was good but too expensive for a family to have regularly.
The house had everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen, garden with grill, AC, parking) and it was very clean. It is located 5 minutes by car from most amazing white beaches with clear water. There are also great cities near by (Livorno, Pisa, Volterra). Owners of the house are extremely kind people and we felt very welcome. I am glad we could spend time in L'Aia degli olivi. Grazie, Massimiliano!
