Enzo was extremely attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and the fittings and furniture were of a very high standard. The location is set back a few minutes walk from a small beach on a side street. It is located in an apartment block. Water and a few extras were provided in the room which was a nice touch.
We had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, linen and towels were of good quality and the aircon in both bedrooms worked very well. We really enjoyed the location - a very short walk to old town, restaurants and many beaches. Beautiful views from the main balcony over Monopoli and out to sea.
We liked the location the location across the road from a small beach and a 12 min walk into the old town.
The bed was large and very comfortable.
The room was very clean and large beach towels were available.
The staff were mostly friendly, especially Martin at breakfast and Alex on reception.
The location was wonderful, close to bars, restaurants & shops. Short distance from beach. The roof top terrace was beautiful with amazing view of the city.
The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. The stairs and steps up to the apartment were steep and maybe difficult for some. The host was very welcoming and helpful, we were allowed to store our luggage there after checking out.
Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Note - the spiral staircase to get up to the bedrooms and bathrooms is small - so we left our bags at the first floor where the kitchen / dining is This wasn’t a problem for us, however could be if you are older or have big bags
The apartament is very comfortable located close to the Beach and in very quiet area. It's very clean and has everything we needed. It's stylish with beautiful apulian ceramic decorations😍 Simone, the host is wonderful and very helpful. She even offered us a lift from and to the train station when outside was almoust 40°C🥵🌞. We enjoyed the stay very much and hope to come back🤗🏖️🌞😊
