The hotel staff were very welcoming, and helpful. The room was very clean, and quite spacious. The bathroom was a good size, also very clean with good water pressure. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and cocktail bars. Although we stayed just one night, we would have been very comfortable if we were staying longer.
A wonderful apartment hotel. Beautiful sea view. Nice beach. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided, which are assigned to you for the entire rest period. Excellent restaurant at the hotel. Responsive staff. Very clean, spacious. Comfortable kitchen. I want to come back again!

Excellent facilities & very clean. Fantastic breakfast selection with something for all nationalities. Great proximity to the beach and a lovely beach bar. Really nice pool with a shallow area for younger children and nice sun beds. We travelled as a family of eight and Luigi accommodated us in rooms that were next to each other. This was our second year here and having looked at other properties in the area, think that it’s undoubtedly one of the best around.
Really lovely room, all-round very clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast at a nearby cafe was included. Also such beautiful sea views, only a 25 min walk down to the beach. A really good find in Giulianova - would recommend!
