We really enjoyed our time here! The location was perfect, super close to everything we wanted to see like the beach, restaurants, Gaeta… The host was friendly and helpful. The room was big enough for two people.

An incredible B & B. The hosts and kind and helpful. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is fabulous. A gorgeous square of property. Take the train from Rome. Spend the night. Visit Sperlonga beach. Come back for a second evening. You will feel so refreshed.
Pros: property host (not the owner) was very efficient and promptly answered any queries, he did his job perfectly; the house is situated within walking distance along a road (with cars and no side walk) from the beach; the house has most of the basic necessities one needs in a house by the sea: a small kitchen; towels; etc.
Everything was perfect and clean and the area was so nice and location good and around you all what you need even bus station to go to sperlonga beach was near the place and the owner and lady was so positive and kind with us and helped us with everything be sure that we will come back again
I received a very warm welcome, even though I arrived early.
The room was small but perfectly comfortable for one person. It was spotlessly clean. The view was of a street but this wasn't a beach holiday for me, so I didn't mind. The accommodation was close to the main piazzas, restaurants, bars etc.. As someone walking the Via Francigena, this was perfect for me. Thank you.
Our host Titti offered us another apartment in the same building because the earlier guest wanted to stay for longer. It was a lovely and spacious roof top apartment with mountain views in the old town of Fondi. The kitchen was well equipped and we could easily cook there. Titti was very helpful and we felt welcome. I warmly recommend her holiday apartments. Also the beach town of Sperlonga is close, there is a bus connection there not far from the apartment.
An exceptional b&b in a perfect location. The hosts are wonderful and so kind. The facilities are new and very clean. The breakfast selection is fantastic with a wide selection of food, there's something for everyone. We visit Fondi to see our family often and will now stay only here from now on.
Almost impossible to subscribe our positive experiences in staying at Hotel Rio Claro. Perfect reception with very friendly and informative host. We were staying in a 2 room appartement which was very clean, spacious and had all needs for a comfortable stay. Enjoying the garden, the splendid breakfast and being located at walking distance of the beach this is a place which can only be recommended. Extra plus, on the other side of the road there is a very good restaurant and small supermarket.
