We loved everything about this place! Rooms are very clean and everything is very new. Manjay, our host, was so polite and kind. He helped us with all our needs and always made sure we were happy with everything. Located only about 150m from Palolem Beach and tucked away in a very quiet part of town and very close to the local market shops. Great value for money and we would return without hesitation.
The location is excellent, and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. The apartment is simple but very clean and has a spectacular view of the beach. Sunsets are the best. The local food was exceptional and very reasonable. a must try the Leppo and the Home made french fries, you will love them!
Rooms were very clean and air-conditioning was excellent. We fell in love with this place for its incredible location just 10min from main beaches, markets and restaurants. The beach was very quite and there are some small restaurants 2 minutes walk which served excellent food & drink. The owner and staff couldn't be more helpful nothing was to much trouble and made this stay one to remember. We would highly recommend anyone to book here I couldn't praise them enough
Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The location right on the beach was perfect. The food in the restaurant was very good. We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect Geusthouse. Great Location directly at the Main Road in Agonda, just steps away from the Beach, Shops, Restaurants, The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. My room was at the back of the house and it was very quiet. I will be back for sure!
The property is very clean and a few steps from the beach. we initially wanted to go to palolem beach and the residence is at 10 minutes with a tuc tuc - however we ended up going there only once: the beach near the residence (putnem) is much less crowded, has many restaurants and bars and great hospitality - it was very relaxing.
Stayed here with my spouse and I loved it. Its very peaceful and Quiet. Rooms are well furnished and very clean. All the rooms are with Balcony which makes it special. I highly recommend this place as it is just 5 mins walking distance from Patnem Beach.
The location is brilliant.. the entire property is brilliant.. huge pool with bar, golf , spa, private beach which is very very clean, big comfortable rooms… too good!!!
