Out of everything I liked the spacious rooms with cleanliness, indoor games and the pool with poolside barbecue which we had. Also the amenities like air conditioning, inverter was working great.
The location of the property is decent and is situated near Nagaon beach. The property is well developed with all the facilities. Only veg food is allowed inside the property and it's a must visit for the Jain's as it's one of the only properties with such a facility. The property is kept very clean including the swimming pool.
The staff is very friendly and co-operative specially Mr.Vishwas. The nearby beaches to visit are Nagaon and Akshi which can be reached in 10 mins and Alibaugh and Varsoli beach is approx 30 mins from here.
We'll maintained property. Rooms were nice and clean. Freshly homemade food available which is very tasty... Very polite care taker and very helpful.... Peaceful place... Nice place for chilling with friends and family... Even the owner is very polite and helpful. It is near the grampanchayat office akshi.
Walkable beach distance of 10 mins.... Beach is very clean and very less crowded
Gulmohar lodge is situated centre of Alibaug. The place is nature friendly and very peaceful.. Alibaug beach, Market and major hotels/restaurant within 1km redius .
Lodge owner Shri. Shaha is a very humble and soft spoken person and their managerial staff is very good and helpful.
Room where we stayed for 2 nights are very clean and full furnished by LED TV, Air Condition, Gas Geyser, Tea kittle etc...
Overall we enjoyed our 2/3 days stay in GULMOHAR LODGE 👍☺️
1. The hospitality of Mr. Ajit Mhatre and Anita Mhatre was great.They guided us on the stores nearby and the beaches to acces for a good experience.
2. Rooms were very clean and spacious and provided with filtered water

Extremely clean villa, very clean pool, sheets were fresh. Toilets were in pristine condition. Ample space for 10 people to sleep. Very quiet and peaceful surrounding. They have their in-house menu for food delivery. Kitchen had enough utensils and equipment’s for basic cooking. They even provided us with a large barbecue. Excellent place for great price.
The resort is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. Even the food served was very good. Staff service was nice too. The only thing is it is far from the beaches. So if you have a private vehicle then it is a good resort to stay.
Room is very clean & full of comfort, a bit inside away from the regular chaos which we liked most, surrounded full of greenery. Staff are very helpful and co-operative. We got a bike on rent in Alibaug which was referred by Mr. Prakash. Nagaon Beach is also not so far.
