The staff are the highlight! They were all so kind, helpful and welcoming. They gave us lovely ice tea when we returned from the Bromo tour which was a nice touch. We booked all our tours through them and they were all great.
The shared area was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The room we stayed in was perfect for the few days- comfortable bed, quiet and very clean!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable facilities, very clean generally. The free snacks were a nice touch. Well functioning internet. Lovely ambience with music in various parts of the hotel. Rich with history. I'd stay again.
