The house is very well equipped, there is everything you might need during your stay. The owner is very responsive and flexible. The location is great, very close to the beach. The beach is big and there is enough space for everyone. You can walk along the embankment to the nearest Konzum store. There is a Lidl store in Novi Vinodolski, you can get there by car in 15 minutes.

Loved everything about this place!♥️ The location, the view, the comfort of the mobile home, the carefully picked furniture and tasteful decoration. The nearest beach was also very calm and clean. I picked AdriVista because I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay, and this is exactly what we got. The hosts were extremely helpful, attentive and nice, I especially appreciated their hospitality and the attention shown to those traveling with dogs.😊 Highly recommended and we will be back one day!
Beautiful apartment with a panoramic sea view, a lot of tarasses, very close to the sea, clean and fresh, not crowded beaches in the nearest area. The main tarrass is in the shadow for the whole day.
We stayed here for a week in July 2024. It was wonderful. The hostess gave us a bottle of dry white wine. The room was small but comfortable. True, the bathroom was uncomfortable and small. There are two beaches nearby, we swam and sunbathed. There is a supermarket about 200 meters away. The sea was warm and clean. But when there was wind it was icy. It turns out that underground springs come out into the sea here. The hostess is very friendly and understands Ukrainian.
Seaview from the balcony is outstanding. Apartment is spacious, very clean, stays quite cold quite long in hot days. Comfortable walking distance to the center and beach. Easy parking. Owner was helpful to me.
