Our stay in Batumi was excellent! The hotel is perfectly located, just steps from the beach and right in the city center, making it easy to explore. The room was cozy and very clean. The staff were warm and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great mix of relaxation by the sea and city exploration
The location was great and the apartment was VERY clean. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive to all questions. The appliances worked well (stove, AC, microwave, washer), basic dishes and everything needed was available in the kitchen. The second bedroom had a fan which was enough to keep it cool at night. Perfect size apartment for small family. Bedrooms spacious with plenty of shelves and beds very comfy. Several grocery stores and fruit/vegetable stands right nearby, 7 minute walk to the beach and many cafes and restaurants nearby.
The property is very clean and cosy, it’s close to the city center and the beach. The host is very nice, he answered all our questions, helped with some small issues and was always in touch.

Everything is good 👍The location is the best in Batumi, it's very close to the sea (first line), 2-3 minutes to the beach. Apartments are great, very clean and cozy, with excellent seaview. You will have all necessary items, including hairdryer, iron and washing machine. And the owner Levan is very friendly and polite, cute man that can solve every problem if you will have it. But really you will have only pleasure and relax! Enjoy Batumi staying in this apartments)

The apartment was very clean and cozy. It has a perfect sea view. We liked being near the skies: on 46th floor.
Manager Eva was friendly and kind, she helped us with everything we needed during our stay in Batumi. The building’s location is also top: few steps to the beach.
We will be back to Picnic’s place next time we will be in Batumi
