Very Clean, cosy , in a nice spot on the site. Nice pub food and entertainment for children.
All utensils and cleaning products provided which was a bonus.
Beds were so comfy and heating and hot water excellent.
Ideal location for walking ,
Approx 3 miles into Ambleside and 3 Miles to Windermere.
Bus stop right outside of site on main road if you dont want to walk.

What a lovely weekend. Caravan has everything you need, large fridge freezer ideal for families, tv in rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The owners also left treats for the family which was a lovely gesture. Can’t thank them enough for the suggestions they gave us also along side free national trust passes. They really didn’t above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Lovely quality and crafted camping pods, that can sleep 5 in two sections. Outdoor camping table at each. Short walk to toilet and shower facilities. Warm, communal room comprising maps and table tennis table.
Very clean, modern and comfortable, bedding for 5 easily and 3 children’s beds in one room make it very flexible. Good sedation of appliances and devices, made the stay with a young family incl. 9 month old very easy, close parking and easy access.
Lovely modern apartment, very clean and well equipped. Close enough to drive to Windermere etc, lovely host who was very friendly, would be happy to stay here again in the future!
Firstly, the location is excellent. Away from any major traffic or noise, yet close to enough locations that you can drive to most towns and even take the walk to Windermere. The pub next door leaves the peace of mind that you won't go hungry, and the smart TV, kitchen facilities, free guest WiFi and modern bathroom give a real sensation closer to being at home than anything close to camping or glamping
