We loved the location, the site was peaceful, away from roads and busy flight paths so really nice and quiet. 5 or so minutes drive into St Austell and well placed for travelling to Newquay, St Ives, Mevagissey, Padstow, Mawgan Porth amongst others. We had a warm welcome, the caravan was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was fab. Site has a swimming pool, cafe and small shop - a real gem and we will most certainly return. Very highly recommended.

Kristie and Joe were very friendly and we got very warm hospitality from them. Place is located in very quite location where you can hear birds chirping, farm is not very far which we loved it. Whole area were covered colourful Hydrangea. Restaurant was literally in 3 minutes walk. Also we loved the Pod where we stayed. It was very clean, organised and comfortable. We had BBQ stand and bench on the side of Pod. Overall it was very lovely visit. We will definitely visit here again. Thank alot Joe and Krisitie for your hospitality during our visit.

Beth had kindly left goodies in the beautiful hut and gave us a personal tour. It was a fun couple of night's stay, using the log burner and outside bath after a long day's walking. Breakfast al fresco in the rising sun, fire pit and chairs towards the setting sun, and a cheeky swing in the hammock too.

Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Location was perfect, right in the centre of town for dinner and drinks but only a short drive to the nearest beach. Room was very clean and coffer and biscuits were replenished! Dinner was amazing, and staff friendly. Had a lovely time :)
Lovely camp site with good facilities and friendly helpful owners. We had everything from a little kitchen to a comfortable bed, it really gave the camping outdoor experience but made it that little bit more comfortable and easy. The toilets and showers were well maintained and clean. We will definately stay again
Highly recommended!!! A lovely, clean and tidy cottage. Garden is fully closed, so you can let youre dog to run, while you chilling and making barbecue. We’ve received a cute welcome basket and flowers 🥰
Beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen have all supplies. Perfect localisation, close to many popular places and beaches.
Very clean and cozy place. It has all kitchen appliances you possibly need to make yourself a breakfast and clean/dry your clothes. The property has driveway parking. The host provided us dishwasher capsules and washing machine capsules. The location is perfect to travel all around Cornwall, 30 minutes drive to major beaches.
Bonus points for complementary homemade scones (with jam and clotted cream), milk, juice and teabags!
Amazing location close to beautiful beaches and a few pubs with outstanding food. Peaceful few days in a quiet countryside spot. All facilities we required were provided and very clean all round.
