Completely shit, con artist saying can't refund unless 6 weeks before date of holiday, when it was booked on a last minute company the week before the holiday date
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Everything was Perfect, nice,warm and beautiful house. Full equipment in kitchen, superb contact with owner, close to beach, just few mins by car. Nice lockal pub just few steps from house, also the small shop
Position to the beach,
It was clean and tidy - little extras like milk and biscuits were very nice and having blankets by the fire made it cosy and welcoming
Wanted a cheap base to explore surrounding areas, most important was a sea view. This van definitely has this!
Tucked away at the edge of the park, very quiet, but with a short-cut so reception/bar/arcade/shop were actually only 300m away.
Bit of a cliff to the beach, but relatively easy to access at a couple of points where steps have been fashioned.
Dog absolutely loved it.
Decent kitchen, good shower, extra toilet in en-suite which we weren't expecting.
TV has Freesat, which needed re-tuning but very easy to do so.
We only stayed for one night and could of easily stayed for longer even with 4 kids running around the place. The caravan is comfortable and very clean. You are given towels which was lovely.
The owner has great communication and kindly moved their ornaments up high so as not to tempt my little tinkers from smashing any (phew).
All in all we had a lovely nights stay and would visit again.

The caravan is lovely, nice and homely with cute finishing touches. Great that it's not only dog friendly but bowl, lead & poo bags also kindly provided! Shower nice & warm and beds comfy. Fraisthorpe beach is our favourite so will be returning soon. Thank you.
