It was situated in a beautiful quiet area with horses in the field opposite, the Deer hut itself was beautifully decorated, welcoming, tea , coffee , fridge, the most amazing little log fire in the cabin, then there was cards to play and games, the bed was comfortable! I the shower around the back was hot, the toilet was set away from the hut but it was clean! highly recommend this 10/10

Very clean property . Friendly staff and kind. Breakfast included 🥰 close to the beach lots off shops , ice cream and attractions. Maybe outside didn’t look impressive but inside was absolutely amazing . Highly recommended. To everyone
Very clean, light and airy… perfect location down to the beach with 3 kids in tow… beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for us all to relax after a busy day out exploring
Fantastic huge house for all the family. The decor and furnishings to the highest standard. Loved the separate rooms for the kids. Huge dining table for all the family to sit at. Very clean and well stocked with enough crockery, cutlery etc. Within walking distance to the main beach in Scarborough. Nice outside patio area too! Also loved the owner getting back straight away with all my queries! Would definitely recommend!!
Very clean and tidy spacious rooms bedding and bathrooms extremely clean excellent location for the shops beachfront carparking literally everything you need is only no more than 10 minutes walk hotel felt very secure and because of your strict policies which is one of the reasons we chose to stay with you we wasn't disturbed once by other guests was a pleasure staying with you and we will be back
The property was very clean and everything was really comfortable and it all just fell really nice really good value for your money. Great location as you can walk to the north bay beach and even south bay as well if you’re really up for good walks so much to do near the property really really good…
The hosts were super friendly, approachable, and attentive. The location was perfect to get to Scarborough beach and the city centre. We found our apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. There was also free parking on the property which was very helpful.
I like everything ,very clean and modern with everything we need. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Everything we needed to make breakfast early morning. Coffe, tea also Netflix for little one . Perfect location close to town ,Peasholm park and north bay beach and only a minute from a breath taking view of sea, beach and castle.
I recomend this place ,honestly you wont be dissapointed. I will be back

We came and stayed in this exact holiday home a couple of years ago, which is why we re booked it again as we were really impressed with it the first time.
We like the open plan living area as we are a large family of 7 and it works really well for us. The decking area outside is great for the kids and the dog.
The resort itself is very clean, and it offers nice facilities although these are quite pricy but nice as a treat.
Helpful staff very clean hotel not too badly placed for the beach and the city centre , room very clean , good shower facilities. Well stocked bar and very good food and breakfast cooked to order .
