A nice stay for the family, even though it was short. But was a haven for the night. Comfortable beds, nice & clean.

Absolutely nothing. If my brother hadn't traveled from the Midlands we would have not stayed. It was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. The place should be condemned and not let out. How St Osyth Beach allow this I do not know.

The site facilities, pool, and entertainment were good. Good proximity to Clacton and other resorts. The caravan was OK, the housekeeper obviously works hard to keep it clean, beds were comfy enough. Nice to have shower gel and spare toothbrush included. Plenty of hot water and heating worked. Good communication by owner and housekeeper very friendly/helpful.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Easy location to walk in to the village. Very clean with a comfortable bed and nicely decorated. The boat was more spacious than expected, we loved staying there.
Friendly locals and a good butcher shop in the village.
I had a fantastic stay at your caravan. It felt like home with everything needed for a pleasant and problem-free stay. The interior was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. I enjoyed an amazing barbecue, and the morning sun between the trees made my coffee delightful. The high fence provided privacy and security, and the beautiful beach was just a 5-minute walk away. Thanks for everything; I highly recommend it and will return soon.
We did like everything, the caravan is so cozy and warm, we really enjoyed as a first time experience. We did have enough space for 3 of us. We went there with our 4 years old who really liked the comfy sofa and the cute room. Beautiful beach is so close and we saw bunnies between caravans.
We did not have time to check this caravan park properly but we saw it providing so much more. Like activitys restaurants. We definitely will come back.

The caravan was fantastic. Good size TV, WiFi, en suite and very clean. The arcade off the campus just round the corner was great. It had a lots of things to do for all ages. And the staff are very friendly and always willing to help also is just walking distance to a beach
It was very clean and was equipped with good facilities like a tv and cooking utensils etc, was also in a great location close to the beach and all they other amenities on offer!
Fantastic weekend break .. caravan was very clean and homely .. Great location on the park and right next to the beach which was perfect for us . Lovely welcome pack ... and blankets provided .. highly recommend
Although a very large caravan park, it was quiet and safe for children . Very handy to the beach.
We chose this for a break in Half Term and catch up with family nearby.
The caravan had a good kichen and shower room.
