So peaceful and tranquil, a little slice of paradise! Firewood kindly left for us, an easy walk into town along public footpaths, and beautiful views! Very friendly animals too!

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Everywhere was very clean. Private parking is great and you can park on the road outside. Walking distance to the train station and a beautiful beach (a steep hill to the beach but definitely worth it). Superb view of Carbis Bay.

We spent a very comfortable 2 nights here. Our room was very clean and we loved having a fridge and a convenience store close by. Central location close to Station, bus stop and beach with places to eat within walking distance. Very helpful host.
The whole house was very clean and tidy. Room 3 is really nice, spacious, and very comfortable bed. Breakfast cooked to order and very nice. Host was friendly and very helpful. Location is superb with beach, bar and restaurant very close by, also easy walk to town centre and facilities. Parking is available, very useful. The railway line is close but trains are slowing for the station, no through trains and little noise. Can easily take the train to Penzance if you wanted.
The property was in a perfect location just a stride away from the town and beach , it was very clean and comfortable, the proprietors were most welcoming , offering us lots of information on restaurants and things to do in st Ives , we gave had a lovely stay and would highly recommended the Grey Mullet
The Old Workshop is very well located and a short walk from the beach, harbour and shops. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. You could tell much love and care was put into the space and we had a lovely stay - would highly recommend.

Everything, super stylish apartment very well fitted out - everything you need, very clean and so quiet at night, extremely relaxing stay. Ideally located walking to the town, beaches, railway station. Courtesy call before visit to make sure all ok. Can't wait to stay again 😀
The owner Joby is very kind and friendly. He introduced various restaurants nearby in St Ives. The room is very clean and modern, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children with parking space.The location is very convenient, a 10 minutes walk to the beach, and a 3 minutes walk to a convenience store. Joby provides a frozen welcome beer when we arrive, and hot croissant when we leave. We are very enjoy our short trip stay in "Storm in a tea cup".
