Moon Pod, hotel in Pevensey

Moon Pod is set in Westfield, 44 km from Ashford Eurostar International, 47 km from Leeds Castle, and 49 km from Glyndebourne Opera House.

We absolutely loved the pod. It was beautiful. Particularly the sound of the rain on the roof during the night. The bed was super comfy and we the bed linen was soft. In terms of the shower facilities, we thought it was an ingenious design. Blown away by it all.

Goodwin Farm, hotel in Pevensey

Set in Northiam and only 37 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park, Goodwin Farm offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

We have just had the best weekend at Goodwin Farm as a surprise birthday present for my partner, and I cannot recommend it enough. The hut was beautiful and well equipped - I was a bit worried about the bed area feeling confined, but it was honestly just lovely and cosy. There was plenty of wood to help us get the hot tub going on the first night which was really appreciated - extra wood/kindling/firefighters were also available to purchase close to the hut which was very convenient. The setting is absolutely stunning, really quiet and secluded - I saw other reviews mentioning a second hut being built, which there is, but I honestly don’t think this would ruin the experience as the area itself is so secluded and there was privacy fencing etc. The owner was very attentive and replied quickly to messages which was great. We met the friendly Ram, too!

This was our 1st time staying at a Caravan park, and we loved it. We had inside and outside space to use, a beach next door, shops not too far away, and a pool to swim. The house had different ingredients supplied, and even milk was in the fridge with some Starbucks coffee for the coffee machine.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed in the room. Lovely decor. Bathroom was great!Very close to the beach. Very strange thing happened with TV (not good or bad which is why I'm not putting it as something I didn't like). TV was on when I arrived (5Star channel). When I left it on and went to bathroom, I'd come back and it had gone back to 5Star. Every time I went out, I'd return to the room and TV had come on in my absence to 5Star! Maybe a resident ghost who likes watching reality cop shows! 😄

The location is fabulous - right by the beach, so we went paddling straight away! Just fantastic! Pevensey Bay has a glorious beach, so to be able to access it so easily was marvellous. Our host, Wendy, was so welcoming as well, which was wonderful. The Cabin itself was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you might need for a short stay including an excellent little bathroom and a small (but fully kitted-out) kitchen, complete with a very thoughtful welcome package of bread, milk and cookies 😊

Lovely accommodation in a great location, close to beach and easy to get to resturants and shops. Very clean and comfortable for our extended family holiday. Double bedroom has ensuite bathroom and dressing area, second full size bathroom was great too. All even nicer than the photographs. Kitchen well equipped. Hosts were easy to contact and helpful when we had questions.

Beautifully decorated - really chic. Fully equipped with everything you’d need. Very clean and tidy too. Hosts were quick to respond to all queries before booking and on arrival too! Thank you! Close to Pevensey Castle and a short drive to Sovereign Marina (where we saw seals), Eastbourne and Beachy Head. A great location for a short family, couple or solo stay. Felt really cozy and safe.

The caravan is very well equipped for our weekend getaway. There is enough room in the living room for kids to run around, and enough seating for our party to have a couple of meals together comfortably. The beach is a few minutes walk away and very accessible. The hub of entertainment is also just a couple of minutes walk away but far enough to not hear the noise from the caravan. Property is very clean and owner very nice. Easy to communicate with.
