Lovely hosts & animals. The Shepherds Hut was just PERFECT ! and exactly as expected. Clean bright lovely sunny & perfectly rustic and comfortable bed. I suffer with pain and shows/bed lovely. I should have booked longer & can highly recommend. Even a little radio to listen to. I took my own usb torch which was handy. Happily return.

Location, service from host was on point upon arrival and when leaving, quick response throught the stay when asked. Would most likely recommend to family and friends, if visting again i would book same caravan from this host

Lovely apartment, very clean, good facilities, dishwasher and washing machine! A few little toys for little ones, which my grandaughter loved playing with. Dvds and books for older children and adults. Close to a beautiful beach and town.
Cozy bungalow right on the beach and round the corner form the high street. near a buss stop that will take u to Newquay for a day trip. Was a very quick walk to an amazing beach which has surfing and a sea pool with great bars on the sand. The property it self was perfect. Fully functioning kitchen, great picnic table in the large garden, spacious bedrooms, fantastic heating. Had a great time !
Decorated beautifully. Sofa and beds very comfortable. Very clean. Nice little welcome pack, Becky even got us a pint of milk in so we could have cuppa when we arrived. Kids loved having a TV in their and our room as we usually get invaded for morning cuddles and cartoons. The hot tub was a fam favourite too. The walk to the beach/town is on the flat. The park and tennis courts are just behind the property (but no so close you hear kids)
We have just stayed here for 7 nights and have had the most amazing week. We come to Perranporth every year and have always wanted to stay in The Dunes and it exceeded pur expectation. It's 2 minutes to the beach which was great for the dogs. The apartment was amazing, very clean and great facilities. Caroline & Adam were also very helpful. Thank you for a great week!
Great location situated a few minutes from the beach. Very clean with everything you would need including, yea, coffee and milk in the fridge. Great host where nothing was too much trouble.
