The booking was very last minute. Everything was perfect and more than described. This was also in part due to the fact the Jo was unbelievably accommodating, very friendly and just an all round great person. The grounds were really spacious, the fire pit was a lovely end to a great evening. I would definitely recommend this booking. The dogs were allowed to stay free of charge. Jo was very relaxed about the dogs, which made it even more relaxing for us. The bed is elevated in the moon pod, which adds to the pod's charm. Loved our one night there. Will plan to stay again for longer. Great local pub down the road, locals very friendly too. Only 28 minutes from camber sands, by car. We had lots of privacy, we saw Jo as we needed something, apart from that we didn't see or hear from her. Thanks Jo

Really friendly staff. Quiet location, didn't hear anything from the other guests. Really nice facilities including a fridge. Would stay again. Great comms with the owner and check in and information on everything was provided to a T.

Amazing stay - extremely clean, modern and well-equipped. Location was great, easy to find and Nick got in touch well ahead of time to offer instructions and answer questions (he recommended a wonderful Sunday roast which we booked in advance). Appreciated the well-stocked fridge and basket of food/drink so breakfast was taken care of and the personal touches for my birthday. Comfy bed, great shower pressure, fast wifi, underfloor heating, integrated bluetooth speaker, smart TV, board games, books, everything provided for BBQ, firepit and toasting marshmallows and even garden lawn games which we sadly couldn't use due to the weather. We hope to come back again!

There was nothing good about the property or location women at the reception was extremely impatient and was no help what so ever. I had to pay for a truck to come and pull my car out of the mud outside the caravan. Apparently you are not supposed to park outside the caravan as there are flooding but was not told by the person who hired out the caravan nor the useless receptionist. I'm extremely unhappy with my stay at the resort and will never be returning.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Very clean and I have OCD. Lovely and quiet. Didn’t see any staff which was nice. Comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beautifully situated, scenery was lovely from the orchard to the sheep in the field next to us.
Beautiful place, located in the garden with forest and fields views. Very clean, accurate placed, you can tell owners do take care of things and care about guests. We will be definitely coming back, I highly recommend 10/10!❤️
