We arrived but there was nobody there to meet us, we asked around the site, called the number, left messages...nothing.
We left the site after an hour and stayed elsewhere, which was excellent. When the lady finally called, she apologised and agreed that she would sort a refund. I've heard nothing since I have contacted booking.com twice too and had no reply

Felt really cosy and homely.
Beds were comfortable, towels were provided.
Lots of blankets & cushions made the living area comfortable & we snuggled up to watch a DVD from the drawer in the evening as there was no wifi to chromecast to the TV. TV had Freeview, so we were happy (didn't really watch TV that much!)
Kitchen was well equipped.
It was very clean throughout.
It was a very quiet park & close to Berry Head for a beautiful costal walk to the guardsman cafe for lunch.
For the budget, it was excellent value. We were a party of 2, visiting family who live in Brixham, so it was ideal for our weekend stay.

I have had lots of caravan holidays... This was by far the most beautiful, comfortable well equipped self catering accommodation I have ever stayed in. The caravan was spotlessly clean and so homely. I have stayed in one of the sister holiday parks to this one so knew the location was excellent and the quality of the accommodation was the icing on the cake. Simple and timely instructions for check in worked well. The accommodation was excellent value for money.

Nice surroundings, well maintained with plenty of lighting around the park in the evening. Friendly and courteous staff, my overall impression was very good. The food was excellent.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
The shepherds hut was cleverly designed and nicely finished. Inside was cosy and very clean, and bed was comfortable
The outside area lovely, with chicken run next to the hut.
Nice touches with fresh eggs, butter and milk, bottled water, condiments and plenty of tea and coffee.
Very clean and comfortable room. Could do with a fan as it was hot weather and with the window open, the road was noisy.
Great location 20 mins walk to town.parking.
Was a lovely surprise for our first time glamping, well thought out living space with fire pit and barbecue outside, plus gas rings and everything you need for basic cooking inside.
