Enjoyed the peace and quiet, meeting the horses and just taking time to enjoy the scenery and relaxing. Owners were very friendly and allowed us to treat the horses to some apples. We would definitely return, and have been motivated to transform a space like this for ourselves.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortable. The beds were great! Loved the deckchairs and chairs for the balcony, a great spot for people-watching. Host was very responsive, when I rang to say that not enough towels had been left someone came round really quickly with more. Its location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the beach and above an ice-cream parlour! The photos are views from the balcony.
This was my first glamping experience, so I didn't bring some things. The staff provided me with these items although they are not included in the room. I would like to express my gratitude for the warm welcome!

The only thing missing in the room was hangers for outerwear. This is not a minus, but with a hanger it would be a little more convenient
The Staff were lovely and really went the extra mile to sort out stuff that came due to the unexpected bad weather. The double bed in the tent was super warm and comfy and the location was only a short drive to the most spectacular beach. The campsite is very quite and focusses on blending with nature rather than having noisy swimming pools etc...
The Glamping pod and its furniture and en-suite were immaculately clean and in like new condition, as was the communal kitchen. An amazingly comfortable bed. Beautiful lakeside; a tranquil nature reserve. Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
9/10; would be 10/10 if the communal kitchen had a hob rather than just microwave and freezer as well as fridge.

I can’t see me camping in a tent now 😅 as this was luxurious.
We had a lovely break, the cottage is really comfortable for a small family,it has literally everything you need,very clean,very beautiful view. Only 2 minutes by walk to the beach. We had parking space exactly near the house,found shops near us,garden has a nice space for bbq and you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner with sea view. Definitely going back again next time .
Location is fantastic, very quite and ideal for a nice relax. Beautiful beaches and spots are few minutes away. Hospitality was great, very clean room, comfortable beds and excellent foods. All the family truly loved the stay at The Swallows Guest House. We will definitely go back!
