The accommodation was generally clean. As for the standards one sees in the UK it was even very clean. The big plus is that the owners don’t accept pets. So if you’re allergic to dogs like me this is a huge advantage. At this time of year (last weekend in October) it was a bit chilly inside. We woke up to 16 degrees inside. I’m not entirely sure if that’s how it is or it’s our fault. The heating was on but it was still not enough. However, there’s a little gas fire place so it was good and made the place cosy. It was ok for a night. It’s nicely decorated and I think the owners seem to care. We could choose where we slept as there were only three of us but some mattresses seemed a bit too soft for us.
At the entrance let them know you check in. They will give you a map and tell you how to get to the caravan especially if it’s dark - it’s very helpful.

The pods were so cute, cozy and really made the most of the small space! We loved it and the view of the river was stunning. Underfloor heating so they were nice and toasty!

The caravan was lovely, very comfortable and a great location! Had views of the water and hills, the owners were amazing when I told them about a mishap with a child and the sink, didn't get upset just came and fixed it, amazing place and amazing people

What a lovely weekend. Caravan has everything you need, large fridge freezer ideal for families, tv in rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The owners also left treats for the family which was a lovely gesture. Can’t thank them enough for the suggestions they gave us also along side free national trust passes. They really didn’t above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Great caravan with everything you need very clean and tidy and handy location for a trip out to the lakes and surrounding areas.highly recommend.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Lovely little hut, has everything you need. Spacious inside, very clean. Lovely surroundings. Great location, beautiful view, 20 min walk into grange. Grange is a lovely place. Just the one hut so totally private. Donkeys for neighbours who were very cute (and quiet). Hosts were really nice, couldn't be more helpful or welcoming. We've booked to go again.
