The main value of the location for us would be the proximity to the international port of Harwich (to take the ferry across the Channel). We liked the space in the caravan, it being a caravan :-) and it is conveniently positioned at the main road in and out the holiday park. It was also nicely uncluttered which helps keeping track of your own stuff and make it more your own while there. 2 toilets were also a good feature to have in relatively not that lot of space.

Right next to train station. Unfortunately it means it is still a little bit from the beach but it is just 10 minutes walk to the North beach.
Very nice vintage hotel (it is more than 100 years old). Very clean and comfortable. It can be used for events nice staff.
If you do the online check in they send you just basically have to pick the key from the reception when you get in and it's done
Location is fine for us, about a mile or so walk to the town / beach (different directions!) Handy local convenience stores and the room is really well equipped and spacious. The mini fridge and microwave were a good addition and there are chairs to sit on so you are not left with the bed as the only option as with many other places. The bathroom was large and the shower efficient. Nice touches throughout. Breakfast plentiful and freshly cooked.
Spacious, clean caravan, in a mainly peaceful area of the caravan park, with the sea and beach nearby, we could hear the waves from the caravan and even had a narrow view through the other caravans.
This caravan is beautifully located, with a sea view, and you can he on the beach within a minute for a swim. Caravan was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Loads of utilities available for cooking, making tea/coffee, even a washing machine! Bathroom very clean with an excellent shower and en suite toilet for main bedroom. Lovely 10 minute walk along front to main Felixstowe facilities. Couldn't fault our stay, we will be back.
