Made to feel very welcome by Wendy on arrival. Beautiful location with absolutely stunning views. The perfect little getaway and very appreciative of the extra little touches.
Hospitality was amazing from booking as Nigel kept in touch with all the updates and details we needed before arrival.

Well maintained property and garden. very friendly hosts, great location, great view from deck, short walk to beach and shops, hot tub on deck. Dogs had free reign of large enclosed and well maintained garden. Lovely large shower

The place was quiet goog.the rooms were OK.I have 3 kids, and there were lots of board games inside that we could play together. In the caravan, nothing was missing. All the facilities that we need were provided. My kids didn't want to go back home. There were plenty of activities to do inside the New Beach. Iw was the qiuet location for a break needed .
Lovely place, everything very clean. Very kind and helpful, with homemade cookies on the table when you arrive. Great location close to the beach and station.

Nice room overlooking the garden. Very clean and comfortable. Homemade biscuits on arrival. Good breakfast, fruit and yoghurt followed by full English breakfast. Secure private parking, excellent location close to the beach, steam railway and eateries.

We had room 1, a spacious, nicely decorated room at the back of the house with lovely views. Everywhere was very clean & tidy.

Great location, 5 mins walk to a wide Sandy beach, 5 minutes to the village which has a few shops, pubs & bars & takeaways.
Really well located 2 minutes walk from the beach & the shops but in a very quiet street. Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean with windows opening on to a nice garden view.
