Thank you to Jenny, Mike, and Fly the dog, for making us feel welcome and a great few days in Somerset. The glamping pod was clean and well equipped. The heated floor was a blessing for the couple of cold mornings we had. Great location for Glastonbury, Wells, and the local nature reserves.
The hideaway at hiddenwood glamping offers a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 4.2 miles of Longleat Safari Park and 4.9 miles of Longleat House. A steam room is available for guests.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom had been updated and was generally very clean. The village location was nice and it was lovely to watch the horses pass by the venue on their morning walk. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean and fresh. Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter.
We loved the peaceful location of this cottage. The cottage was so characterful, authentic and very clean. It was great to have access to such a pretty garden. We enjoyed eating at the local pub which was minutes away from the cottage. I would recommend this place to others and hope to visit again.

The hotel is in a quiet location and is ideal for exploring Exmoor it is also close for travel to Lynton, Lynmouth, Valley of the rocks, Porlock and so on. I was impressed with the size of the room which was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and our host were extremely helpful. The pub adjoining the hotel is also very good for beer and an evening meal. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Good value for money.
The village is fabulous. Very clean.
