Caravan was clean and well stocked with everything needed including extras like air fryer. Hosts were exceptionally helpful. Could not find a single fault 4 bedroom caravan so plenty of room nice dining table area as well as lounge. Beds were comfy and both bathrooms really clean.

The caravan was clean and tidy and had teabags etc there. We were very close to the park facilities, which were great, and had easy access to buses which we used to travel to Clacton. The beach was lovely and very close as well as other arcades outside of the site. All the park staff were lovely and helpful and the on site swimming pool is amazing and far superior to any other site we have visited.

Staff were very jolly and friendly and the facilities were very clean. Great location 5 min drive from clacton pier/beach and also surrounded by lots of food establishments like macdonalds and have a Tesco and lidl right next door too
Apartment very clean and nice touches like, toiletries, spice rack, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, water and coke in the fridge. Great location, minutes to the beach, which was lovely and very clean. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Lovely fish restaurant overlooking the beach.
The location of the Annexe is excellent. It is a very short walk from the beach. It is within a reasonable walking distance from the town. The area is very clean and everyone was very friendly. There are plenty of benches along the way to take a breather and enjoy the sea view. There are some lovely gardens in the town centre and places for snacks and drinks.
The property was very clean on arrival easy access with key easy to find and close to beach and arcades

Great location, 20min walk from centre. Next to a beach ( just across the road). Very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and made some amendments to suit the group.

Was amazing, very clean, rooms large, great sea view, everything you need in this wonderful hotel. Staff so welcoming, nothing was too much to ask. Food was excellent. Breakfast was lovely, had goat curry fantastic, if you smoke to sit outside watching the beach is beautiful. My daughter and I will highly recommend this stunning ,amazing hotel
