The caravan had all we needed except some towels, there was lots of games for the children, we had a minor issue which was dealt with very quickly by James, easy check in.

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfy. Very clean and tidy room. The location in regards to everything in Blackpool is pretty good. Straight over from the beach, not terribly long walks to attractions and places to eat. Would definitely stay again in the future.
Service from the minute you walked in to the minute you walk out you could not fault the care and attention from the owner. So welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect for pleasure beach and piers. Breakfast really good with lots of tea and toast. Rooms very clean and tidy but a little small but ideal as you only sleep in them. En-Suites very clean with everything you need but very compacted. Would happily stay again.
We actually didn’t stay in 100 Pipers as the Hotel was overbooked and the management put us in their other property known as Denvelle Hotel. The 2 guys that I met from management were super nice and helpful and they actually upgraded us to 2 rooms when we had booked only one quadruple room. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent for both beach and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They had ample supplies of tea/coffee. Overall it was an excellent value for money.
Didn't have much interaction with the staff but what I did was exceptional,
Breakfast was simple and easy also allowed my little one to have toast for supper after we came back.
Ideal location for the beach that was quiet and we had so much fun.
Room was very clean and comfortable and wasn't too hot in there.
I've been to this apartment last year this year we went for 7 days very clean and comfortable plenty of room for the children to chill in the rooms very close to south pier and short walk to central pier tram is conveniently close by to get to north pier and pleasure beach right round the corner water park down the road staff are about if you need them in every day cleaning the vacant flats great place highly recommend
Absolutely fantastic accommodation with great facilities, very clean quiet and peaceful. Ideal location 10 minutes from the beach perfect home away from home for your holidays will definitely be back.
Very spacious, hosts kept in contact with us throughout the stay asking if they could do anything for us. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location straight across from beach and tram stop.
Went with 4 adults and a 13year old. Sitting areas were spaced away from bedrooms , therefore did not disturb when guests went to bed/got up at different times.flat was stocked with all cleaning, as well as everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely rebook next year.
