Loud music, plumbing droned like a foghorn throughout the night no-one around to help, when I complained next day to staff I was told ".Well it is an old building" I left went to Beach hostel in Ilfracombe. And spent 3 great nights there.

We are actually not really into camping, but this was even better than any hotel: all comfort loke being at home
The chalet was beautiful location with sea view. Very clean and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the entertainment, restaurant, swimming pool. Beach was a short drive, about 15 mins. Beautiful beach, views.
We loved our stay at Hastings Barn - the beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Views were absolutely stunning. Peaceful and rural but with easy access to beaches, shops and facilities. The children loved the heated pool and hot-tub (especially the colour-changing lights) and it was nice to have private access to the pool during our stay.

The room was very clean & spacious with a beautiful rain shower. A little fridge, coffee machine and plenty of on street parking. Our hosts were so welcoming, we would definitely return if in the area.
A lovely 20 minute walk gets you into Clovelly where we found lots of options for food and a swim in the harbor at high tide or the pebble beach with waterfall.
The villa was very clean and tidy and the View was excellent. It was great to just sit there and watch the world go by. Location perfect for the beach. Very homely and cosy.
It was a beautiful location in easy reach of beaches and attractions. It was very clean and comfortable, a lovely peaceful location. The hosts were very accommodating and lovely people, we hope to visit again would definitely recommend
