Staff who greeted me and showed me to my room was very warm and welcoming very attentive nothing was to much trouble
Room was very clean and comfortable had a relaxing sleep

Lovely room, very clean and well appointed, and it was nice to arrive to find the windows open so it was nice s and cool on a good day. We liked the 'personalised' welcome waiting for us on the TV screen. The bed was comfy and we both slept really well. Breakfast was very good with excellent choice. All the staff were very customer service orientated and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Check in was smooth with no issues. The bedroom was large and very clean, the beds super comfortable - everything was tastefully decorated with a modern feel. Everything was perfect.
It is a beautiful gem of a pub with superb letting rooms. My room was well equipped with lots of great smelling toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities and croissants are a nice bonus. Very clean and retains its olde world charm. Easy access from the station.
Everything was perfect.. some very nice touches in the room and it was so very clean.. Shower facilities were great and would recommend for others to stay there..
