We booked here for a family wedding on Saturday with the reception at Barn 1.
The accommodation was brilliant. The beds are so comfortable. The on-site bar and restaurant were very welcoming, and the food was superb. There is a pool on site, but due to our family commitments, we were unable to use this. I would certainly recommend staying here. Gutted we didn't have time to visit the on-site horse sanctuary, too.
Accommodation, etc, exceeded our expectations, and we all said we would love to come again with our dog, but unfortunately, this particular accommodation is not pet friendly. (As we wasn't looking for pet friendly on this occasion as she was having a mini holiday in the kennels, it was not an issue) However we all loved the accommodation & wished it was pet friendly but totally understand as this accommodation has quite a high spec. We were told that other accommodation on the site is pet friendly, so we now have options to stay here in the future.
Communication with the owners was also brilliant very helpful & responsive.

An absolutely gorgeous place, so big and roomy, exceptionally clean... Decor and facilities were fantastic. Host is a really nice person..... Me and my family cannot wait to stay at Iains place again in the very near future, big outdoor veranda with tables and chairs perfect for the sunny weekend we had...... Beds super super comfy...... Fantastic location very near to Gorleston-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth.......we didn't use the park facilities as we were visting family in the local area so didn't have time, but the pools and arcade looked really good.... This place is very well looked after....

It was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely book again in the future ..Booked as dog friendly,! But we didn't end up taking our dog as a family looked after her , which gave us more freedom for the days we were there (Partner dealing with Cancer) ..Perfect break away.. Thank you :)

This is a well cared for, well-equipped and very clean and comfortable caravan on a lovely quiet part of the Bure Village part of Breydon Water Holiday Park. Towels and bedding were provided along with a lovely welcome gift basket of food. There is lovely decking to sit and enjoy the peace and evening sun, and it's close to the swimming pool if you are so inclined. 5-10 minute walk to the Yare Village part of the park where the restaurant and entertainment is. Will definitely be visiting again!
Shower was great. Nice quiet place to stay. Amanda was great, gave us information about a beach with seals which gave us an amazing experience as a family.
Excellent location for us (walking distance to relatives). The host is super and very friendly they arranged to meet us and show us to the property personally. It’s cosy but was just fine for four of us for the two nights. Very well appointed and very clean. We would happily stay again.
