The caravan is very well equipped and very comfortable. The central heating works beautifully and the hot water is hot with good pressure. Communications with the Owners were crystal clear and really helpful.

Absolutely beautiful all round , the host was amazing so warm and friendly and made to feel so welcome as soon as we arrived , took the children to see the animals and they absolutely loved it , I can't thank the host enough for the time she gave us and how happy she made the girls the children have come home saying they miss her already we will definitely be going back again this is one of the rare finds and the host is one in a million.

Great location for the high street shops and the beach. Well maintained very clean and tidy. Staff all very polite and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous
Absolutely fantastic experience! The glamping pod exceeded all our expectations. The toilet and shower facilities were clean and modern, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and luxurious outdoor getaway!
Loved the location, walking distance to shops/train station. Loved the room, especially the view of the beach. Lovely and quiet, peaceful. Excellent value for money. Very comfortable, warm room, lovely four poster bed. Very clean, and lots of space.

Great location by the high street, plenty of parking close by and a hop and skip to the beach. House had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Have booked again later in the year. We were able to check in much earlier and the owner kept in touch with instructions.
We had the most amazing stay at the Leamington House. The facilities were excellent, with very clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast. My partner is vegetarian and there were lots of suitable options and dairy-free milk. The host was very accommodating to all of our needs and always on hand if we needed anything. The location was perfect - only a couple of minutes from the beach and town. We will be staying here again!
Very good value for money, lots of space in the apartment and rooms were spacious and very clean. In walking distance to the town and beach so we didn't need to move the car all stay. Also a parking space available which isn't always the case in this area.
The property was quirky and a perfect size for the 2 of us with our little dog. The location is ideal and has the beach, shops, etc. to hand. It was very clean and well kept. Wendy left us a loaf of bread and some butter, which was a lovely gesture.
We had a great time and would definitely book again and hope the weather is better next time.
