Property listed as having a 24-hour reception. We arrived around 10 p.m. to find a very dark former campground with treacherous paths and steps. We were unable to locate the chalet for at least an hour; the number for the chalet is not given and the directions amazingly unclear. Once we found the chalet with the help of people living at the former campground, the door code did not work. Huge waste of time and the family slept in the car that night.

Julien was an excellent host, very friendly and super helpful. His ability in English is fantastic too, so if you can’t speak much French or are not very confident I would recommend him.
The park is lovely and the mobile home was a fantastic find for us. We have a young family and this place met all of our needs (washing machine, pool, air con, large freezer 😂 shutters etc). The BBQ on the balcony is especially nice in the evening.
It is very near the local town also, which was very handy. I would definitely recommend camping Soleiluna
