Very nice and well furnished apartment, just a 10 minutes walk from the beach (nice path under the trees). Also quite close to supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.
Clean and tidy, has everything I needed, very comfortable bed, great for my purposes where I just needed somewhere to sleep and would spend the whole day out. Sabrina and Regis are lovely, warm people who made me feel welcome. Great beaches nearby within walking distance.

The property is located in middle of a very quiet and relaxing surrounding. Our apartment had a spacious terrace with a natural shade all day. It had enough necessary facilities and an equipment. If you are looking for a private accomodation right next to the crystal clear sea and fine beach this is a place for you.
Le Pradet is a sympathic place with a very pleasant and friendly people.
Lovely studio, modern fittings ,washing machine gave us a chance to catch up on dirty laundry, location to beach and walking tracks was good, good recomendation from host to travel to city of Hyere, fell in love with the place. Lovely Host
The apartment is very nice, modern furnished and very clean. The handover of the key was uncomplicated and the lady very friendly and helpful. It was very silent and the infrastructure perfect. A supermarket and a bakery just around the corner. The beach could be reached by feet in 15 minutes.
