The Hedgehog Hut was a wooden cabin at the bottom of the host's garden, accessed by wooden steps. The accommodation was compact and ingeniously arranged. The bed was comfortable but the ladder up to the mezzanine would not be advisable for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast jams, butter and half a baguette were delivered to our door next morning.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
The site and rooms are very clean. I especially liked the location, right next to the cascades of the Oise. When opening the window, you could hear a subtle noise from the falling water. Nice!
